Some techniques can still be used, but it may limit the depth of your reading.  It is helpful if you have an approximate time of birth. We are energetic beings. Energy healing practitioners are trained to access pure life force energy from its source which flows through all living things and do not share their own energy with clients. 

This balanced energy is offered through a set of hand positions with the practitioner placing hands lightly on or off the body. Healing energies are channeled through my hands, guiding clients into a deep, meditative relaxation as their body and soul reconnect—perfect for emotional, mental, soul, and chakra healing. 

Distance Reiki has been taught and practiced for decades and is completely effective while performed remotely--not in person. Distance Reiki is what I offer and is by appointment over Zoom.

Whether experienced in person or at a distance, perceptions vary from person to person. However, deep relaxation is most widely reported. Often other feelings include warmth, cold, feeling very light or heavy and tingling. People often see colors with their eyes closed. 

Whether a person feels a lot or a little does not indicate the amount of help Energy Healing is giving. Reiki works on all levels, some of which are very deep and outside of our awareness. Some people relax into sleep which is perfectly fine and does not effect the treatment in any way.

At the chosen time I will perform the energy healing from a distance. This process works on the recipient’s energy system and connects them to a new healing energy. This energy will then flow naturally through their being, often through their hands or a feeling of calm or emotional release.

Cancellation Policy  -  If you have booked a service and wish to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled session start time. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may be non-refundable. If you’re running late, I’ll do my best to accommodate, but the session may still need to end at the scheduled time. Note that no refunds are given once a reading has been completed.
